Product Overview
Left-Handed Rochester Carmalt Forceps Straight are specially designed to serve the need of a left-handed surgeon for clamping blood vessels and large tissues. The instruments have longitudinal serrations throughout the jaw length and cross-serrations at the tip for better grip strength on the tissue. This mechanism means jaws can lock at an angle to exert stable pressure and free the surgeon's hands from work. Due to the durability of German stainless steel, the forceps are resistant to corrosion. Thus, long service with ease of sterilization is achieved. The ergonomic and left-handed design provides excellent comfort and control for complex procedures.
Components and Their Functions:
• Longitudinal Serrated Jaws: Provide an excellent grip on heavy tissue and large vessels, preventing slippage during surgical procedures.
• Cross-Serrated Tips: These tips ensure a strong, secure hold on blood vessels and tissues, reducing the risk of damage during clamping.
• Ratchet Mechanism: Stabilizes jaws for hands-free maneuvering, allowing for control on the operative site during surgeries.
• Left-Handed Design: Designed especially according to ergonomic requirements for use by the left-handed surgeon, offering maximum comfort and precision.
• High-Quality Stainless Steel: Promises maintaining strength and resisting corrosion to withstand multiple autoclaving.
