The Cottle Elevator is used to elevate the septum during plastic and facial surgeries. This elevator features a freestyle design with two graduated tips, one blunt and one sharp, and a curved blade that allows the tool to easily glide under soft tissues, increasing the distance to achieve a tunneling effect.
